ProEd Group was first registered in Botswana in 2010. It was founded by Managing Director Ms. Thato Monageng. ProeEd Group is a leading education and training provider for individuals and enterprises globally. Our expertise in providing globally-recognised technical certified courses has enabled us to be one of the trusted professional certification training partners for many organisations and Government institutions worldwide.

ProEd Group’s strategy is to employ a core administrative function and to partner with the best individuals to deliver its training and consultancy services. Meet our Founder and Managing Director

Managing Director - Ms. Thato Monageng

Ms. Thato Monageng has over 15 years’ experience in practice currently serving as Management Consultant. She has a diverse range of qualifications and expertise for Best Practice Management covering Quality Management Systems, Strategy and Corporate Performance Management, Programmes and Project Management and Financial Management.

Ms. Monageng possesses a MSc in Project Management (Birmingham, UK). She is a certified Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E for Results) Practitioner and Trainer, Accredited PRINCE2 Project Management (PeopleCert, UK) Practitioner and Trainer for delivering Successful Projects. Ms Monageng was awarded University of Stellenbosch Business School Director’s award for her excellence in the Management Development Programme (MDP) she undertook in 2019. She has expertise in using Best Practice Management frameworks to deliver successful Portfolios, Programmes and Projects. She has also taken Internal Quality Auditing and Balanced Scored-card training. She started her career in construction, having completed a BA(Hons) Architecture and further working and training within the Built Environment industry.

She has led ProEd Group consulting projects for various clients including Botswana Unified Revenue Service (BURS)(Services Industry), Botswana Post (Services Industry), Retention Range(ICT Industry), Sthands Consulting (Health Industry), AMA Projects (Construction Industry) to name a few. She has in the most recent years been working as a Strategy Coordinator and Consultant of Strategy Office functions having completed latest BNPC Strategic Plan 2020/21 - 2022/23. She was central to the management of the Strategic delivery ensuring Strategic Performance is kept up-to-date through Corporate Performance Dashboards across all levels of the Organisation. She also served as project manager for the installation of ISO9001:2015 at BNPC which required process improvements and mapping.

She is very passionate about achievement of results; using objective tools to foster Performance in Organisations.

Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) - ProEd Group is an accredited Education and Training Provider (ETP) with BQA.

ProEd Group is an Accreddited Training Organisation (ATO) internationally with PeopleCert and locally with Human Resource Development Council (HRDC).
